张名锐 3534ebb342 fix(trade): 修正对客交易判断逻辑
- 修改了GuolianContractNoGenerator中对客交易的判断条件
- 将判断标准从"乙方=对客"改为"甲方=对客"
- 更新了相关注释以反映新的业务规则
