fix(EQD-7049): 新建空白期权定价页跳过空标的默认查询，避免'标的信息缺失'弹窗
- 页面初始化时 updateUnderlying 以空 UnderlyingCode/InstrumentType/VarietyId 发起 /pricing/AjaxGetUnderlying，后端三者皆空返回 JsonError('标的信息缺失') 并自动弹窗
- 前端守卫：三者皆空时仅重置空 underlying 并 return，不再发请求，与后端 AjaxGetUnderlying(PricingController.cs:398-414) 判定精确对应
- 不影响正常路径：选类型(InstrumentType)/品种(VarietyId>0)/具体标的(UnderlyingCode) 仍照常查询
- 同步修改东莞定制版 structure_dz.js
