- 左栏基础信息定宽 40%，右侧追保区间表格获得更多宽度（右栏仍 flex:1 吸收剩余）
- Default/Client 两页 720px 写死改为 calc(100vh - 120px)，与 Edit 页一致，小屏不再截断底部按钮
