* fix: support SMTP STARTTLS mode and NTLM auth

Add explicit SMTP STARTTLS configuration for 587-style connections and keep SSL/TLS as the implicit TLS mode.

Prefer PLAIN when advertised, keep LOGIN compatibility, and add NTLM as a fallback for Exchange SMTP servers that require it after STARTTLS.

Resolve 4 conflicts:
- relay/compatible_handler.go: accept main's refactor (postConsumeQuota -> service.PostTextConsumeQuota)
- service/quota.go: accept main's PostClaudeConsumeQuota deletion, keep nightly's tiered billing in PostWssConsumeQuota and PostAudioConsumeQuota
- web/src/i18n/locales/{en,zh-CN}.json: merge both sets of translation keys

Post-merge integration:
- Add tiered billing (TryTieredSettle, InjectTieredBillingInfo) to PostTextConsumeQuota

CalciumIon 7ae97088c3 chore: Update dependencies and refactor JSON handling #614 
- Removed the `bytedance/sonic` dependency and replaced its usage with the standard `encoding/json` package for JSON marshalling in `relay-text.go`.
- Updated `go.mod` to reflect the removal of `sonic` and adjusted the version of `sonic/loader`.
- Cleaned up `go.sum` to ensure consistency with the updated dependencies.
